With over two decades of experience, Rachel Waterman is a cherished part of our
enrichment team at Gallatin Montessori. She
blends technical expertise with a deep love for early childhood development to create a
musical environment that is as educational as it is joyful.
What She Brings to Our School:
Programming and Curriculum: In each class, Ms Rachel uses the nationally
recognized Musikgarten curriculum, along with Solfege, Orff and Gordon
Rhythms to support physical and cognitive milestones in each stage of childhood
development.
"Songs that Teach": Her unique program uses music to help children master
daily routines, manners, and transitions while connecting to monthly themes, like
friendship, safety, calendar, etc.
Montessori Alignment: Rachel’s child-centered approach focuses on building
confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of music through music and movement.
