We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Montessori Teacher/Assistant for the 2024/2025 school year.
Responsibilities:
Implement the Montessori philosophy in daily teaching practices.
Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for children.
Collaborate with other educators to plan and execute age-appropriate activities.
Foster independence, creativity, and critical thinking in students.
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for working with children.
Montessori teaching experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
